Rolling in contract manufacturing

We roll your strips to your specific width and thickness requirements.

• Thickness: 0.10 – 3.50 mm
• Width: 5 – 143 mm (± 0.05 mm)
• Tolerances and other dimensions on request

Heat treatment in continuous furnace

We are able to heat treat your strips to your specified hardness.

• Widths up to max. 150 mm
• Stress relieve treatment 450 °C
• Annealing 900 °C

Treatment in pot-oven

We are fully equipped to heat treat your strips in a controlled atmosphere to achieve your desired hardness levels.

• Coil diameter: max. 560 - 900 mm (depending on furnace)

• Temperature 250 - 900 °C

Stamping with a 300kN and 600kN press

We are stamping your strips according to your specifications using your tools.

• Thickness range: 0.10 - 4.50 mm
• Max. strip width for stamping: 115 - 170 mm, depending on press
• Stress-relieve heat treatment available.

Reconditioning

Our equipment can fully recondition your strips according to your individual weight and length requirements.

Straightening

We are able to straighten your strips according to your specific width preferences.
